Physical 1" Small Pilates Head Pad (No Cover)

This product is ideal for supporting your hands and knees when kneeling. You can also use it under your lower back to release hip flexors and maintain proper alignment. Made from Supasoft Foam, it is both soft and flame retardant. Additionally, it is available in two different sizes and can be washed if desired. Manufactured in England.
