We do the hard work for you!

Yes, our dedicated and professional engineers are constantly travelling all around ROI and NI

to provide first class installation services of fitness equipment for any company that requires it.

After the engineers visit the location and make a site survey, we would be able to provide a budget for the project.

Do you offer gym design and does this cost extra?

Make your vision come true!

Yes, we will only require the plan of the building and make a site survey to create the gym design that best suits your needs by using 3D visuals technology.

This is completely FREE of charge, as we will provide you a design budget.

It is completely up to you if you would like to move forward with the project.

*This service is only available in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland*

Do you offer financing options?

No, we do not have financing options as a way of long-term payments.

However, we have partners that can work alongside with your business and finance your project.

What payment methods do you accept?

Choose the method that best suits your needs!

We accept a wide range of options for your bank transfer: VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal.

 

What is the lead time from placement of order to delivery?

In Balance Leisure we value your time

Our team will always provide first class services from the start to the end of your project.

The estimate time for delivery is between 3-5 weeks depending on the size and scale of the plan.

Do you offer warranty on the equipment purchased?

Keep your equipment like new!

Yes, we offer warranty as a FREE service for 2 years, this included parts replacements and damage repairs.

*Malicious damage and attended damage are not covered in the warranty*

Do you offer maintenance service on the equipment?

Trust the experts!

Yes, we provide service packages as part of our regular duties.

Our experts recommend a complete checking, cleaning and general maintenance of your equipment at least twice times a year to avoid any irreparable damage in the future.

Do you offer trade pricing for resellers?

We love hearing about new business!

Yes, we work alongside other companies in UK and Ireland who resell our products.
